I had zero confidence and did everything I could to hide in the background and not be perceived. My extreme social anxiety made it nearly impossible for me to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

My life changed in 2015, when my older brother took his own life. It was then that I decided I would no longer settle for a life that didn't bring me utter happiness.

Even if we can't change the circumstances, we always have a choice. Gone are the days of confusion and self-doubt. I want you to have the same.
